Booking and Cancellation Policy

Please take time to read our Booking and Cancellation Policy, Waiver as well as Terms and Conditions before you book any of our tours.

THE CANCELLATION POLICY WILL TAKE EFFECT ONCE YOU
CONFIRMED AND PAID YOUR BOOKING.

We require full payment of the total tour package before your scheduled tour date.

There is no Refund for any unused tours or no-show incidents. Guests will have to pay for the expenses of the tour they did not take.

However, in the event of natural calamities, and force majeure, or mandated government cancellations, Clients may be entitled for a full refund. We deduct 5% from the payment as a transaction fee. We will process your refund request within 1 to 7 business days.

In the event of any boat breakdown during the tour, only 40% of the tour rate of the day will be refunded.

If guests get sick, we can only refund 80% of the tour rate.

Rebooking is allowed up to 3 times, and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling the tour/transfer due to unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond our control. These include: war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience, government action, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers or floods, technical or maintenance problems of boat, change of boat that can result to cancellation of tour, and closure of airports.

Except where otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions we regret that we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by reason of such events beyond our control.

Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for weather conditions. We accept no responsibility for weather conditions that may affect the delivery and implementation of the itinerary.

WAIVER

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the tour/activity, you and all the participants of your group acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

You are aware that there are dangers and risks inherent to a tour and to outdoor activities.
You accept all the inherent risks of the above activities and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting therefrom.
You likewise acknowledge that whatever accident or any untoward incident that might occur during the tour will be your sole responsibility and shall free APETOURS
and its suppliers from whatever legal liabilities appertaining thereto-hereby quit claiming any right to collect damages from APETOURS, its personnel and suppliers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WE RESERVE OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:

Any person for any valid reasons such as: rudeness, sexual harassment, behavior liable to cause discomfort of other passengers, danger or inconvenience to other passengers or tour personnel, bringing weapons and illegal drugs. Guests who are under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs will not be allowed to board our boats and will lead to forfeiture of any and all payments. We also reserve the right to refuse a minor if unaccompanied by parents or a legal guardian.

ADDITIONAL POLICY:

For destinations where the local authorities request a medical certificate or any medical test, failure to meet these requirements will lead to cancellation of your tour and forfeiture of any and all your payments.

For destinations where the local authorities request signing a waiver form, if you refuse to sign it, your tour will be canceled and your payment forfeited.

For unforeseen circumstances which may cause delayed return of the boat to trip’s point of origin (e.g. unsafe sea conditions, transport breakdown), APETOURS shall not be held responsible for the disruption of the client’s scheduled airline flights or other vessel voyages and missed hotel bookings cause by the said delay.
